Things to have:
- Wok
- gas stove
- Duck egg (or chicken egg but duck egg is better for kai dao)
- oil
How to:
- put the oil in the wok (like a half cup of oil)
- wait till its hot (so hot like you can see some smoke)
- pour the egg in the wok
- put the hot oil on the egg for a bit
- fry it like 20-25 seconds and then turn off the gas
- Kai Dao Kai Daeng Mai Suk is ready for you now
